Q: Why does AgriGaia® engage in ESG?
A: Food is the foundation of daily life, and agriculture is the basis for safeguarding the health and safety of our food. Farmers who protect our health and well-being work incredibly hard and need the support of corporate power to initiate a flood of positive, sustainable impact. ESG is the language of corporate commitment to aiding sustainable development. Gaia is keenly aware of the need for a mediator in the communication between corporate management and the land. Thus, Gaia unhesitatingly takes on this critical translation role, enabling purpose-driven businesses and farmers to collaborate for mutual benefit and advance on the path to sustainability.
Q: AgriGaia® not only develops its own patented technologies but also supports farmers in transitioning. Why is that?
A: The urgency of climate change means no one can afford to be an outsider; we must all work together to stand a chance. Gaia assists farmers both domestically and internationally in transitioning to sustainable agriculture (including organic farming, conservation agriculture, and ecological farming) through technical guidance, seminars, and market alliance proposals. Furthermore, Gaia provides healthy foods and products to consumers, contributing to the well-being of the community at large.
